Keravnos Strovolou (Cypriot Division A) landed 31-year old Greek international guard Niki Avery. She has a double citizenship as she also holds American passport. Avery played most recently at Panathinaikos in Greek A1 league. In 25 games she averaged 12.6ppg, 4.2rpg, 3.5apg and 1.3spg last season. She helped them to make it to the semifinals. It was a very successful season in her career as she was awarded Eurobasket.com All-Greek League Co-Most Improved Player of the Year, selected to 3rd Team and selected to All-Domestic Players Team.The previous (15-16) season Avery played at PEAC Pecs in Hungarian A Division where in 9 games she had 4.9ppg, 1.6rpg and 1.6apg.Avery played in the final of Greek League in 2015. She was called to Greek Senior National Team this year.Avery has played previously professionally also in Sweden (AIK Basket).She attended Eastern Kentucky University until 2008 and it will be her tenth season in pro basketball.
