Lanus strengthened their backcourt. They agreed on terms of contract with Larry O'Bannon. He is expected to debut for Lanus tonight when they face Regatas in the decisive fifth game of LigaA quarterfinals. Larry O'Bannon started the season in Argentina. He played for Boca Juniors Capital Feder. The guard notched 16.1 points, 2.7 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game in LigaA.
O'Bannon participated at LigaA All-Star Game. Previously the guard played in Venezuela, Israel, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy and Serbia. He made it into Eurobasket.com Serbian League All-Imports Team in 2006. Larry was also named into Bulgarian League All-Imports Team in 2008
