BC Orchies (NM1) inked 32-year old Montenegrin ex-international power forward Zarko Rakocevic . He played most recently at KK Kumanovo 2009 in FYR Macedonian Prva Liga. In 7 games he averaged impressive 15.1ppg, 7.7rpg, 2.1apg, 1.1spg and 1.3bpg last season. Rakocevic also spent pre-season at Atomeromu in A Division that year where in four games he had 14.3ppg, 4.5rpg, 1.3apg and 1.5bpg.
He won Swiss LNA championship title in 2012.
Rakocevic also played at the Arab Club Championships two years ago.
He is a very experienced player. Rakocevic has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to ten different countries on three different continents (Europe, Asia and of course North America). Rakocevic has played previously professionally in Austria (Vienna), Bahrain (Al Muharraq), Bosnia (Bosna-Royal and Igokea), Bulgaria (Rilski), Serbia (Partizan), Spain (Valencia Basket), Ukraine (Khimik), Hungary (Kormend), Switzerland (Lugano Tigers) and Montenegro (Gorstak).
