6'9” Power Forward/Small Forward Pero Antic has signed a deal with the Bulgarian league champion PBC Lukoil Akademik Sophia.  Pero is not new to Lukoil team, having already played in Sophia in the 2007/08 season, winning the Bulgarian Cup and the Bulgarian Regular Season. Having scored 21.4 points per game, grabbed 9.5 rebounds and handed out 2.7 assists, he has also been named Bulgarian A1 Regular season MVP, top scorer and top rebounder.
Pero is a member of the Macedonian National Team, and last season played with Lokomotiv Rostov in the Russian Superleague.
