Coruna has just made official the renewal of center Perris Blackwell after reaching an agreement between the North American player and the club. The center was already part of the team last season where he averaged 10.9 points and 7 rebounds per game. The Californian player arrived at the club last year after a long career. He trained at Etiwanda High School and participated in four seasons in the American NCAA, three in San Francisco and one in Washington, in which he averaged 10.2 points and 6.1 rebounds. In 2014 he went to Chile, to play in Osorno; in 2015 he made the leap to Europe, to defend the colors of the Worcester Wolves (17.3 points and 8.5 rebounds on average); in 2016 he crossed the English Channel to play in the French Andrezieux (14.9 p. and 8 r.) and in 2017 he returned to America. First to Argentina, with the Hispanic; and finally in Uruguay, with Cordà³n, where he was named the most outstanding player in the championship, until finally landing with Coruà±a.
