Pickett is back at Gigantes

Gigantes Edomex Toluca (Mexican LNBP) agreed terms with 34-year old American swingman Tim Pickett. It is actually his comeback to Gigantes as he played here also last season, where in 20 games he recorded very impressive stats: 23.8ppg, 6.7rpg, 5.2apg and 1.8spg. A very spectacular season in his career as he was named to Latinbasket.com All-Mexican LNBP Honorable Mention and to the All-Star Game. Last summer he has also played  at Bucaneros in Venezuelan LPB league. In 21 games he had 14.8ppg, 4.3rpg, 1.3apg and 1.1spg. Part of previous (13-14) season Pickett spent at La Union (LigaA) in Argentinian league. He also spent pre-season at Hacettepe (TB3L) in Turkish league that year. The previous (2013) summer Pickett played at Guaiqueries (LPB) in Venezuelan league. In 8 games he recorded also remarkable stats: 15.1ppg, 3.8rpg and 1.9spg in 2013 season.
In 2004 Pickett was drafted by Dodge City Legend (USBL) in fourth round (41st overall).The former Florida State staris in his twelfth (!!!) season in pro basketball.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others his team made it to the CBA Semifinals in 2012. Pickett was also voted Asia-Basket.com All-Arab Club Championships 1st Team back in 2009.
He is quite experienced player. Pickett has played also professionally in Bulgaria, France, Israel (Ironi Ashkelon), Italy, Jordan (ASU), Philippines (Meralco Bolts), Puerto Rico (Capitanes) and China (Shanxi Zhongyu, Jilin Tigers and Foshan).
