Pitesti lands Marko Sutalo

BCM U Pitesti (Romanian Liga Nationala) landed 31-year old Serbian guard Marko Sutalo. He played most recently at KK Zadar in Croatian A1 league. In 15 games he averaged 11.9ppg, 1.6rpg and 1.6apg previous season. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. It was a very successful season in his career as he was selected to Eurobasket.com All-Croatian A1 League 2nd Team and to the All-Star Game.
The previous (12-13) season Sutalo played at HKK Siroki WWin (Division I) in Bosnia and Herzegovina league. In 15 games he had 8.4ppg, 2.7rpg and 2.2apg that season. He contributed to his team making it to both league and cup finals after they ended regular season as second best team. Sutalo also played 26 games in Adriatic League where he had 14.6ppg, 3.2rpg, 2.9apg and 1.3spg. He can count that season as a very successful as was selected to Eurobasket.com All-Adriatic League Honorable Mention.
In 2011-12 season he played at KK Vrsac (KLS) in Serbian league. In 14 games he had 7.7ppg, 3.2rpg, 1.4apg and 1.0spg. He contributed to his team making it to the semifinals. Sutalo also played 26 games in Adriatic League where he had 8.9ppg, 2.8rpg and 1.3apg. He represented Serbia at the European Championships in Slovenia last year. His stats at that event were 5 games: 5.8ppg, 2.0rpg, FGP: 50.0%, 3PT: 38.5%.
Sutalo has played also professionally for other Serbian teams like Vojvodina, Vojvodina Srbijagas and Signal.
