Rashad Anderson joins Interperformances
Interperformances agency gains one more great element: the American player Rashad Anderson. Rashad is well known all around the world, having played in the most important leagues in Europe and in the United States.
The 6'5 Guard/Small Forward played college basketball at the University of Connecticut, one of the most important NCAA1 schools, where, in 2004, he won the NCAA Championship.
In 2006/07 he started to play overseas, moving in Greece where he joined Egaleo in the A1 league. The following year he went to Italy, playing for Livorno in the A2 league. His talent gave him a lot of visibility in the country and the next season he signed a contract with Udine, in the Italian first league.
In 2009 he was drafted by the Iowa Energy, team with which he started playing in 2009/10. Following he also played for another D-League team, Fort Wayne, but his adventure with the Mad Ants lasted shortly, as one of the Italian first clubs wanted his experience. After 8 games, Rashad moved back to Italy where he joined Vanoli Soresina.
This season Anderson played in Latvia, in Baltic League and in the EuroChallenge with BK Ventspils where he averaged 17.5 ppg and 4 rebounds.
