The 6'0" point guard of extreme speed Rashad Phillips has just  signed a contract with the Saudi Arabian team Al Ansar. Rashad, other than being very quick, has a great technique and is considered a magician with the ball. He has spent a lot of time overseas, playing in Italy, France, Turkey, Greece, Portugal and Latvia. In the 2007/2008 season he played in Australia with the NBL-League team Perth Wildcats, averaging 13.7 ppg and 7.5 apg.
