Thanks to the partnership between Interperformances and Entersport, U.S. Basket Recanati (Serie A2) signed 25-year old naturalized American guard Adam Sollazzo.
Last season Adam played at Proger BLS Chieti (Serie A2). In 30 games he had very impressive stats: 18.0ppg, 5.9rpg, 3.1apg and 1.0spg. Great season as he was named to Eurobasket.com All-Italian LNP Silver Honorable Mention.
The previous year Sollazzo played at Orasi Ravenna. In 35 Serie A2 games he recorded also remarkable stats: 19.6ppg, 5.7rpg and 1.7apg.
In 2012/13 he played at USC Leipzig (ProB) in German league where in 14 games he collected 19.0ppg, 6.8rpg and 4.5apg. Sollazzo also spent pre-season at BC Timisoara (Liga Nationala) in Romanian league.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others his team made it to the A-Sun Tournament Semifinals for two years in a row (2011 and 2012). Sollazzo was also voted All-A-Sun 1st Team back in 2012 at his college time.Sollazzo graduated from East Tennessee State in 2012 and it will be his fourth season as a professional player.
