Rogaska tabs Jozo Brkic, ex Zadar

Rogaska Crystal (Telemach League) inked 27-year old Croatian-Bosnian power forward Jozo Brkic. He played most recently at KK Zadar in Croatian A1 league. In 13 games he recorded just 2.2ppg last season. He helped them to make it to the final after they ended regular season as second best team. The previous (11-12) season Brkic played at Capljina Lasta (Division I) in Bosnia and Herzegovina league. In 33 games he averaged 14.6ppg, 7.5rpg, 1.3apg and 3.0spg that season.
A very good year in his career as he was awarded Eurobasket.com All-Bosnia and Herzegovina League Domestic Player of the Year and voted to 1st Team and voted to All-Defensive Team. Among other achievements he won Bosnia and Herzegovina League championship title in 2007.
Brkic received also Eurobasket.com All-Bosnia and Herzegovina League Most Improved Player of the Year award back in 2010. He was a member of Croatian U20 National Team in 2006. Brkic is a very experienced player. He has played also professionally in Italy, Spain, Bosnia (Brotnjo).
