Rookie Bradford Burges heads to Leuven Bears
Leuven Bears has just announced the arrival of the American Forward Bradford Burgess. Burgess just finished his college career at Virginia Commonwealth University. The former VCU Ram had a good senior and junior year in college, stats during his senior year were 13.4 ppg and 4.0 rpg earning him CAA 1st team honors. He is also an excellent FT shooter making 80 pct in his last college year.
During his junior year his team made it all the way to the NCAA Final 4. Both years he was selected to the CAA All Tournament Team.
During the historic NCAA Tournament run in 2011, Burgess average 15.7 ppg, led the team with 7.0 rpg and shot .484 from the the field during 6 games.
