Mec-Energy Roseto (Lega Due Silver) agreed terms with 32-year old American guard Kevin Sowell. He played this summer at Trotamundos in Venezuelan LPB league where he had 9.5ppg and 2.0apg. The last season Sowell played at Halcones UV Xalapa (LNBP) in Mexican league. In 28 games he recorded 14.5ppg, 2.9rpg, 3.7apg and 1.4spg. He helped them to win the regular season and make it to the final. Part of previous (2012) summer Sowell spent at Vivo/Franca in Brazilian league. In three Liga Americas games he recorded 14.3ppg, 3.3rpg, 1.3apg and 1.0spg. He also played at Reales (LNB) in Dominican Rep. league that season. The list of the past achievements is quite long as Sowell was voted Latinbasket.com Brazilian League All-Imports Team in 2012. He is quite experienced player. Sowell has played also professionally in Argentina, Chile, Colombia (Bucaros), Iceland, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, Venezuela (Gaiteros and Bucaneros), Dominican Republic (Gregorio Urbano Gilbert, Reales de La Vega and Don Bosco) and Mexico (Frayles de Guasave and Caballeros de Culiacan).
