German team Rutronik Stars Keltern inked 24-year old American forward Lydia Rivers. Rivers played most recently at Spirou Ladies Charleroi (Belgian Top Division Women) where she averaged a dounble-double of 15.0ppg and 12.2rpg. The previous season she played for Duzce Bld in Turkish TKBL. In 19 games she averaged impressive 16.7ppg, 13.4rpg (#2 in the league) and 1.6apg last season. Good year as she was voted League Player of the Week (3 times). She also played for Liepaja/LSSS in Estonian Douglas BBL where in two games she had very remarkable stats: 16.0ppg, 19.0rpg, 3.5apg and 1.5spg.Among many awards her college team won Big South Conference Tournament in 2019. She was selected to All-Big South Conference 1st Team in 2019.Rivers attended Radford before transferring to Virginia Tech University for the 19-20 season, and it will be her third season in pro basketball.
