Sean Denison signs with Ataman Rostov

The Canadian Center, Sean Denison  has just agreed terms with the Russian Superleague Club Ataman Rostov. The upcoming season will be his second consecutive season in Russia. Sean played the previous season in the PBL with Spartak Primorie Vladivostok and in 13 games he registered 8.9 ppg and 4.7 rpg.  After his four year college basketball career in Santa Clara, in 2007  Sean signed his first professional deal overseas with the Turkish TB2L club Tofas Bursa.  Sean remained with Tofas for the following three seasons.  Had an excellent 2007/08 season, in fact was named: Eurobasket.com All-Turkish TB2L Center of the Year,  All-Turkish TB2L 1st Team, Turkish TB2L All-Imports Team. The following season Tofas won the TB2L championship. In 2009/10 season Tofas competed in the TBL and Sean averaged 12.2 pp. 4.9 rpg, 1.4apg, 5- blocks (1.2 bpg). In 2010-2011 season Sean moved to Germany in the Bundesliga 1 with Bremerhaven.
