Shooting night for Motiejunas
Last Saturday, the 7'0 Power Forward / Center Donatas Motiejunas put on an extrordinary game in the match against Banca Tercas Teramo. Motiejunas started his career playing with the youth team in Kaunas, making his professional debut with algiris, team with which he won a Baltic Championship, a Lithuanian Championship and a Lithuanian Cup. He signed with the Aisèiai-Atletas in 2008 where he averaged 19.9 points and 7.0 rebounds in 29.3 minutes per game. Finally, in 2009, Donatas moved to the Italian A League club Benetton Treviso.
Motiejunas was part of the Lithuanian Under-16, Under-18, and Under-20 junior national teams. projected to be a lottery pick in the 2011 NBA Draft.
