The Bulgarian power forward/center Vassil Evtimov  made a big difference for Mitteldeutscher BC Weissenfels in Saturday's last game against Ratiopharm. MBC outscored ULM team 61-49 and the MVP of the team was the experienced Bulgarian player. Vassil put on an extraordinary performance pouring in 17 points, collecting 12 rebounds and dishing out 2 assists for a final valuation index of 24.

Last season, he played for BC Levski Sophia (Bulgaria-NBL), Panionios (Greece-A1) and Proteas EKA AEL Limassol (Cyprus-Division A,) participated also to the EuroChallenge cup. Vasco has dominated the A1 Italian league when in Capo D'Orlando but he has dominated also played well at the Spanish ACB level.  Has many years of experience in Euroleague Clubs such as: Ural Great, Asvel, Olimpia Lubjana and Fortitudo Bologna.
