In the final game of the 2011 U19 FIBA World Championships in Latvia, the Serbian 6'8” Forward Djordje Drenovac proved to be one of the most talented players of his country, probably the best. He led his team through all the tough game against Lithuania, claiming 14 points and 4 rebounds. As captain of the National Team he demonstrated how to fight, refusing to give up even in the final ten minutes when the 15 points deficit was simply too big to overcome. The Serbian team eventually clinched the Silver Medal 67:85.
