Solomon re-signs at Antibes

Sharks Antibes (ProB) confirmed in their roster 36-year old American guard Willie Solomon. He played there previous season. In 22 ProA games he had 13.6ppg, 2.5rpg, 3.2apg and 1.2spg.
The previous (12-13) season Solomon played at Mersin (TBL) in Turkish league. In 23 games he recorded 9.5ppg, 2.1rpg, 1.6apg and 1.2spg that season.
In 2011-12 season he played at SK Cherkasy Monkeys (Superleague) in Ukraine. In 22 games he was second best scorer with impressive 22.1ppg and averaged 4.0rpg, 4.5apg and 1.7spg (in top 5). A very spectacular season in his career as he was named to Ukrainian Superleague All-Star Game.
In 2010-11 season Solomon played at Hapoel Jerusalem (Winner League) in Israel. In 29 games he recorded 14.3ppg, 2.9rpg, 2.7apg and 1.6spg. He helped them to make it to the cup final and to the league semifinals. Quite impressive season as he was named to Eurobasket.com All-Israeli League 2nd Team and to the All-Star Game. Solomon also played 8 games in Eurocup where he recorded very remarkable stats: 18.0ppg, 4.5rpg, 1.5apg and 1.8spg. In 2009-10 season he was tested by Fenerbahce Ulker (TBL) in Turkish league. In two games he recorded 6.0ppg, 2.0rpg, 2.5apg and 2.0spg. Solomon also played 2 games in Euroleague where he recorded 9.0ppg, 1.0rpg and 1.5apg. In 2008-09 season he played at the Kings in NBA. In 14 games he recorded 5.0ppg and 1.5rpg. In 2001 Solomon was drafted by Memphis Grizzlies (NBA) in second round (33rd overall). He attended Clemson University and it will be his 14th season in pro basketball. Solomon played in the final of Turkish League in 2009. He is quite experienced player.
Solomon has played also professionally in Greece (Aris), Turkey (Anadolu Efes), NBA (Sacramento Kings and Toronto Raptors) and Israel (Maccabi Electra Tel-Aviv).
