Coach Stefano Cioppi, who together with the club officials and players assembled a beautiful atmosphere in a small Italian city, helping it's team to be promoted from the Lega2 to the SeriaA, has renewed his contract for the 2009-2010 season. He had the possibility to go to other places but decided to stay with the team that he helped to create in these past two years. Vanoli finished second in the Lega2 regular season.
