Maccabi Kiryat Gat (Israeli National League) landed 26-year old American small forward Terrence Roderick. He already started the season at Boulogne in French ProA. The most of last season Roderick spent at Maccabi Haifa (Winner League). In 17 games he averaged 9.9ppg, 5.0rpg and 2.2apg. He helped them to make it to the final. Roderick also played at Hapoel Eilat (Winner League) earlier that season. In 17 games he had 12.9ppg, 4.3rpg, 4.1apg and 1.5spg.
The previous (12-13) season he played at Forli (A2 Gold) in Italian league. In 29 games he was fifth best scorer with impressive 18.6ppg and recorded 7.1rpg, 4.3apg (top 4), 1.7spg and 1.0bpg in 2012-13 season. It was a very successful year in his career as he was awarded Eurobasket.com All-Italian Lega2 Player of the Year, Import Player of the Year and Forward of the Year. In 2011-12 season Roderick played at Vanoli Cremona (Serie A) in Italian league. In 11 games he had 7.1ppg, 3.7rpg, 1.5apg and 1.5spg in 2011-12 season.
In 2010-11 season he played at Crabs Rimini (Serie B) in Italian league. In 31 games he had very remarkable stats: 15.5ppg, 6.3rpg, 1.5apg and 2.6spg (in top 3) in 2010-11 season. He can count that year as a very successful as was selected to Eurobasket.com All-Italian Lega2 3rd Team. Roderick has played also professionally in Austria (Arkadia Lions).
He attended University of Alabama at Birmingham until 2009 and it is his sixth season in pro basketball. Roderick's game is described as: A good team player, who can score a lot (even from behind the arch), and grabs rebounds more than expected from his size. Defensively, he's very effective taks to timing and great wingspan.
