Tezenis Verona (Italian Serie A2) agreed terms with experienced 35-year old Slovenian ex-international shooting guard Sasha Vujacic. He played last season at Fiat Torino (Serie A). In 27 games he had 12.7ppg, 3.7rpg, 2.3apg and 1.3spg. Vujacic helped them to win the cup. He also played 16 games in Eurocup where he recorded 11.2ppg, 3.7rpg, 1.6apg and 1.4spg.The previous (16-17) season Vujacic played at the Knicks in NBA. In 41 games he averaged 3.0ppg, 1.4rpg and 1.3apg.In 2004 he was drafted by Los Angeles Lakers (NBA) in first round (27th overall).Vujacic was selected to Turkish League All-Star Game back in 2013.He was a member of Slovenian international program for some years. Vujacic was called to Slovenian Senior National Team between 2006 and 2009 and previously for U20 National Team in 2002.He is quite experienced player. Vujacic has played also professionally in Spain (Baskonia), NBA (LA Clippers, LA Lakers and Brooklyn Nets), Turkey (Anadolu Efes and Istanbul BBSK), Italy (UBC) and Slovenia (Hopsi Polzela).
