Oklahoma City Thunder (NBA) signed 28-year old swingman Reggie Williams. He just played at Tulsa 66ers. In 20 games he had very impressive stats: 20.8ppg, 5.5rpg, 4.9apg and 1.6spg this season. Williams was called during the season by the Houston Rockets. The last season he played at the Bobcats. In 39 games he recorded 3.7ppg, 1.3rpg and 1.0apg.
The previous (11-12) season Williams played at Laboral Kutxa Vitoria (Liga Endesa) in Spanish league. In 7 games he recorded 4.9ppg and 1.3rpg that season. He also played 3 games in Euroleague where he recorded 5.3ppg, 1.0rpg and 1.0spg.
In 2010-11 season Williams played at the Warriors. In 80 games he recorded 9.2ppg, 2.7rpg and 1.5apg.In 2009-10 season he played at Sioux Falls Skyforce. In 31 games he was third best scorer with remarkable 26.4ppg and averaged 5.5rpg, 3.2apg and 1.5spg. Quite impressive season as he was named to USBasket.com All-D-League 1st Team and to the All-Star Game.
Williams has never been drafted by the NBA. But in 2008 Pittsburgh Xplosion selected him in fifth round (23rd overall) in the CBA draft.
The former Virginia Military Institute standout is in his sixth season in pro basketball.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Williams' team made it to the Spanish ACB final in 2012. He was also voted NABC All-NCAA District 4 2nd Team back in 2007 at his college time.Williams has played previously professionally in France (JDA Dijon) and other NBA team (Golden State Warriors).
