6'7”  Bulgarian Todor Stoykov  reached another milestone in the opening game of the Eurocup where Lukoil Akademik Sofia played Unics Kazan. The left-handed guard-forward became the first player to score 1000 points in Eurocup, Europe second competition ( ULEB Cup became Eurocup this year) after the Euroleague, entering the game as the ULEB all–time leading scorer with 987 points in 60 games. He is also the all-time leagues leader in assists (158), free throws made (222), three-pointers made (158) and fouls drawn (273).
