Udominate Basket Umea (Swedish Damligan) re-signed 27-year old American guard Hollie Mershon. This will be the third year with the team, as she joined them in 2015, helping them twice to clinch the Swedish Regular season championship.
In 2015/16 she averaged 13.8 ppg in the Damligan, but the team competed also in the Eurocup, where she collected 15.5 ppg, 2.2 rpg and 4.3 apg.
Last season she received an All-Swedish Damligan Honorable Mention.Mershon graduated from Drexel University in 2013 and it is her fifth season in pro basketball. She already gained experience also in Portugal and Lithuania, where she won both the Championship and national Cup.
