Amazing week for the Russian Forward Alexander Fomin! On Firiday night his team defeated the third ranked Cheboksari, crushing them 107-79, in Jaroslav. . It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Cheboksari. Jaroslav made 17-of-22 charity shots (77.3 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Cheboksari 37-24 including a 29-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention Alexander's  great performance  who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 32 points and 11 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws). In 30 minutes on the floor, he collected also 3 rebounds and 2 steals for a final valuation index of 44! Also the game that took place in Jaroslav the night after was quite interesting. Fomin and his team played again against Cheboksari and the Russian Forward managed to collect 21 points and 7 rebounds for the hosts. Jaroslav will play in the next round against Stroitiel Engels and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
