Sunday, in the last game against CS Municipal Bucuresti , the unstoppable Titus Nicoara recorded impressive double-double for his team Gaz Metan Medias, scoring 22 points and catching 20 rebounds. The Romanian netted 8-of-18 field goals and 6-of-6 free throws, pulling 11 offensive boards. The 6'7” power forward/ center also added an assist and four steals. This is Titus' second season with the Romanian team.
Nicoara spent in fact the previous two years abroad, where he played with Arkadia Traiskirchen Lions in the Austrian Bundesliga.
