Unstoppable Titus Nicoara
6'7 Gaz Metan Medias power forward/center Titus Nicoara ended the week in the best of ways by leading to victory his team twice in 24 hours.
In the opener of the Play-offs against Steaua Turabo, Titus paced all the winners, by scoring 24 points (7-of-11 from the 2, 1-of-1 from the 3, 7-of-8 from the charity line.) and grabbing 9 rebounds.
On the second day of the Final four, the Romanian grabbed 15 rebounds, scoring 16 points handing out an assists, leading the victory to Medias 91-83.
This is Titus' first season with the Romanian team. Nicoara spent in fact the last two years abroad, where he played with Arkadia Traiskirchen Lions in the Austrian Bundesliga.
