Veselin Veselinov agreed a deal with Lukoil Academic Sofia for the remaining part of the season 2013-14. Bulgaria NT player was one of the main reasons Lukoil defended their title last year.  Lukoil has been in need of a power forward, so Veselinov could have immediate impact on the team, still fighting in Eurocup. Bulgarian champion earlier dismissed coach Oliver Kostic and forward Pavle Marcinkovic.
