The 6'11” Center Vladimir Stimac has been signed by the eight time Latvian LBL League champion BK Ventspils for the upcoming season. The 22 years old Serbian player dominated the Lavtian league in 2006/07 and 2007/08 seasons with Valmiera. He played last two seasons with Crvena Zvezda Beograd where he averaged 7.3 points and 5 rebounds in 16 minutes.
Vladimir is known as strong finisher inside and great rebounder and is a member of the Serbian University National Team.
