CSM Steaua Bucuresti anded 24-year old center Ivan Vranes. Last season he played for Sibenik in the Croatian Premijer Liga where he averaged 16.5 pts, 9 rpg and 4 apg. He started the season before at Gorica. In 11 Premijer Liga games he averaged 8.1ppg and 4.1rpg this season. The previous season Vranes played at Kangoeroes (Euromillions League) in Belgian league where in 15 games he had 4.8ppg and 2.6rpg.Among other achievements his team made it to the Croatian Cup (Kresimir Cosic Cup) Semifinals in 2017. Vranes received also Eurobasket.com All-Croatian A1 League Newcomer of the Year award back in 2016.He represented Croatia at the World Championships U19 in Heraklion (Greece) four years ago.
