Interperformances is glad to announce that the American Guard Reggie Williams has signed a 10- day contract with the Golden State Warriors. Last night Reggie played his first NBA game against the Miami Heat at the American Airlines Arena and he had immediately an important impact in the game hitting 4 of 7 shots putting up 10 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists in 20 minutes in a 110-106 loss to the Heat.
Reggie led the NCAA in scoring in both 2006/2007 and 2007/2008 seasons. Finished his collegiate career as the all-time leading scorer in VMI, Big South Conference and Virginia state Division I history with 2,556 points. Last season signed his first European contract in the French Pro A with JDA Dijon Bourgogne where in 30 games he averaged: 12.5ppg, 5.3rpg, 2.6apg, FGP: 54.5%, 3PT: 21.7%, FT: 61.6%. This current season was drafted by Sioux Falls Skyforce (D-League,3rd(45)). Reggie has been one of the best scorer's in the D- League this season; he is averaging 26.4 points, 3.2 apg and 5.5 boards while shooting 58% from the field and 41% from beyond the arc. He is currently the third scorer of the entire D-League. Reggie will join another Interperformances player; the Guard Raja Bell, who has been with the Warriors since November.
