BJ League top team - Sendai 89ers  added another victory to their record on Saturday. This time they  beat seventh ranked Kanazawa Samuraiz 83-76. Kanazawa Samuraiz trailed by 15 points after 3 quarters before a 28-20 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 76-83 at the end of the game.
It was a quality performance for American guard  Wendell White who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 34 pointsand 11 rebounds.
American-Panamanian forward  Gyno Pomare collected 18 points and 10 rebounds (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line)  for Kanazawa Samuraiz.
Sendai 89ers have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain first place with 19-6 record.
Sendai 89ers will again meet at home Kanazawa Samuraiz in the next round.
