Wily Isiani has signed with BC Kutaisi 2010 in the Georgia - Superliga. The Georgian power forward spent the 2025-2026 season with BC Rustavi 1991, averaging 9.2 points, 7.1 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.1 steals in 23 games, while shooting 51.6% from the field and 79.5% from the free-throw line. Isiani was named MVP of Round 5 in Georgia and selected to an All-Star Five during the 2025-2026 season, while also receiving his first call-up to the Georgian National Team in 2026. He previously helped Tbilisi State University reach the Georgian League Final in 2025 and won the Georgian Cup in 2024.
