The management of Egis Kormend hold a press conference some hours ago and informed all the medias that Zarko Rakocevic signed for 2 more seasons with the club.
The big man from Montenegro moved to Hungary last summer and has been running a great season with his team so far averaging 21.2 points and 8.8 rebounds in 17 games. In 6 games of the Eurochallenge he helped his team with 17.5 points and 7.0 rebounds in 33 minutes on the court. The experienced Rakocevic used to play for Buducnost Podgorica, Partizan, Bosna Sarajevo and BC Igokea before moving to Austria in 2011. He had a great season start with BC Vienna - 17.6 points and 13.8 rebounds - before moving to Valencia in the ACB as a replacement player and finishing the season with Lugano in Switzerland. During the season 2012-13 he played again for BC Vienna and put up 16.6 points and 5.5 rebounds in 15 games.
