Simone Lusini was born in Livorno (Italy) on July 30, 1969. After having competed in a few championships in minor leagues as a player and later as a referee in the Italian B2, he began his collaboration with Pro-Sport in April 1998  along with the agency's need of a deeper involvement in the international market. He worked for seven years with Virtus Siena, mostly recruiting talents for the youth team, which quickly became one of the best developing programs in Italy.
