PHOENIX - Phoenix Suns guard Raja Bell was named to the NBA All-Defensive Second Team, the league announced today. It marks the second-straight selection to the All-Defensive Team for Bell, who was named to the First Team in 2006-07, making him just the fifth player in franchise history to earn such honors in consecutive seasons.
