The Ex-North Carolina Guard Bobby Frasor has agreed terms with the Cypriot club Achilleas Kaimakliou. The previous season played his rookie year with Levski in the Bulgarian League and also the Balkan League. Had great achievements in both leagues; winning the  Bulgarian Cup, reaching the finals of the League and was also named: Eurobasket.com All-Bulgarian League Honorable Mention. While in the Balkan League his team won the title and was named: Eurobasket.com All-Balkan League Honorable Mention and Eurobasket.com Balkan League All-Imports Team. Bobby Averaged in the Bulgarian NBL: 10.7ppg, 3.3rpg, 3.3apg, 1.4spg, FGP: 52.8%, 3PT: 45.6%, FT: 80.0% while in the Balkan league averaged: 9.5ppg, 2.9rpg, 2.9apg, 1.5spg, FGP: 57.1%, 3PT: 38.2%, FT: 87.5%.
