Galatsaray brings in Ersin Dagli (Erwin Dudley) from Besiktas
Ersin Dagli (Erwin Dudley) stays in Turkey for the next season. The experienced PF/C signed a deal with Galatasaray, according to Turkish media. Dagli heads to Galata from Besiktas, where he played last season for coach Ergin Ataman. They won three trophies together (TBL, EuroChallenge, Turkish Cup). Dagli played 40 games in TBL collecting 10.5 ppg and 6.9 rpg. He had 9.8 ppg and 6.7 rpg for 16 games in EuroChallenge.
Ersin Dagli arrived to Besiktas last summer from Efes Pilsen. With Efes he had 6.1 ppg and 4 rpg in TBL, plus 4 ppg and 2.3 rpg in Euroleague. From 2005 to 2010, Dagli played for Turk Telekom Ankata. They won Turkish Cup together in 2008. A year before that, the player was named Eurobasket.com All-Turkish League Center of the Year -07. In 2006, he was named to Eurobasket.com All-Turkish League 1st Team. Before Turk Telekom Dagli spent one year with Maccabi Rishon Le-Zion and was awarded with Eurobasket.com All-Israeli League Center of the Year -05.
