When he was given the chance to play in the 2006/07 season with Rimini he showed that he is one of the best young point guards in Europe. The same summer Ariel was called to the Italian Junior National Team and played the European Junior championship in Nova Gorica (Slovenia). The next year he almost became a starter of Rimini and he has improved his playmaking skills. He is a superior passer and an outstanding player in pick and roll situation when he always makes the right decision at the right time. He is not afraid to make mistakes and he seldom makes them in crucial moments of the game when he takes over games by making crucial baskets or passes. Ariel is a true winner. He is improving on his outside shooting and he is working extremely hard on his defence. He is only 22 years old with a bright future ahead of him.
